California, CYCL Article, CYCL News

2020 is almost over, and it hasn’t been kind to our mental health at all. With a global pandemic, the fight to end racism, and a volatile election season, folx (both youth and adults) have been struggling to stay mentally healthy.

Again, the following information are guidelines we’ve cultivated via the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), and others. This guide ABSOLUTELY should not supersede guidelines and mandates set by your local, county, or state officials. Always check the restrictions in your area.

Celebrate the holidays safely and remember that the safest way to celebrate is with the people in your household.

The following information are guidelines we’ve borrowed via the Center for Disease Control (CDC), but absolutely should not supersede guidelines and mandates set by your local, county, or state officials. Remember that the safest way to celebrate Thanksgiving this year is to celebrate with people in your household.
